1. Definitions

1.1. The following terms are used in this aviso.bz Policy:

1.1.6. "Subdomains" — pages or sets of pages located on third-level domains belonging to the Site aviso.bz, as well as other temporary pages that show the Administration's contact information at the bottom.

1.1.7. "User of the Site aviso.bz" (hereinafter the User) — a person who has access to the Site aviso.bz via the Internet and uses the information, materials and products of the Site aviso.bz. The User is a data subject.

1.1.8. "Cookies" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.

1.1.9. "IP address" — a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses aviso.bz.

1.1.10. "Product" — a service that the User orders on the Site and pays for via payment systems.

2. General provisions

2.1. Use of the Site aviso.bz by the User constitutes consent to this aviso.bz Policy and to the terms of processing of the User's personal data.

2.2. If the User disagrees with the terms of this aviso.bz Policy, the User must immediately stop using the Site aviso.bz.

2.3. This aviso.bz Policy applies to the Site aviso.bz. The Site Administration does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may visit via links available on the Site aviso.bz.

2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the User.

3. Subject of the aviso.bz Policy

3.1. This aviso.bz Policy establishes the Administration's obligations of non-disclosure and protection of the personal data that the User provides at the Administration's request when registering on the Site aviso.bz, subscribing to the e-mail newsletter or placing an order.

3.2. The personal data permitted for processing under this aviso.bz Policy are provided by the User by filling in forms on the Site aviso.bz and include the following information:
3.2.1. the User's surname, first name and patronymic;
3.2.2. the User's contact phone number;
3.2.3. gender;
3.2.4. age;
3.2.5. country and city of residence;
3.2.6. e-mail address;
3.2.7. e-wallets;
3.2.8. social network accounts;
3.2.9. form fields may request other data.

3.3. aviso.bz protects the data that are transmitted automatically when pages are visited; these data are non-personalized or anonymized:
- IP address and the country of its registration;
- information from cookies;
- browser information;
- access time;
- the domain name from which you came to us;
- visitors' transitions from one page of the site to another;
- other data collected by the visited site and by third-party analytics counters installed on the site.

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may make it impossible to access parts of the Site aviso.bz that require authorization.

3.3.2. aviso.bz collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, identify and resolve technical problems.

4.1.8. Providing the User with effective technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site aviso.bz.
4.1.9. Providing the User, with their consent, with special offers, price information, newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site aviso.bz.
4.1.10. Carrying out advertising activities with the User's consent.

5. Methods and terms of processing personal information

5.1. The User's personal data are processed without time limitation, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automated means.

5.2. The User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties for the purpose of providing the services ordered on the Site aviso.bz and fulfilling other obligations to the User. Such parties include, for example, customers who order registrations on other sites, reviews, subscriptions and the like.

5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by applicable law.

5.4. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration has the right not to inform the User of such loss or disclosure.

5.5. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.6. The Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

5.7. Forms of other organizations that collect personal information may be installed on the Site aviso.bz; in this case the collection, storage and protection of the User's personal information is carried out by those third parties in accordance with their own policies. The collection, storage and protection of information received from a third party is carried out in accordance with this aviso.bz Policy.

5.8. The User's personal data may be published publicly in accordance with the functionality of the Site aviso.bz; for example, when leaving reviews, the name specified by the User may be published. Such activity on the Site is voluntary, and by their actions the User consents to such publication.

5.9. The User understands and accepts that third-party software may be placed on the Site's pages, as a result of which such third parties may receive the anonymized data specified in clause 3.3.

Such third-party software may include, among others:

• Visitor statistics systems (for example, Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, etc.);
• Social plugins (blocks) of social networks (for example, Facebook, etc.);
• Banner display systems (for example, AdRiver, etc.);
• Other systems collecting anonymized information.

The User may independently restrict the collection of such information by third parties using the standard settings of the web browser they use to work with the Site.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The User has the right to:

6.1.1. Freely decide whether to provide the personal data required to use the Site aviso.bz and to consent to their processing.

6.1.2. Update or supplement the personal data provided if this information changes.

6.2. The Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in section 4 of this aviso.bz Policy.

6.2.2. Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without the User's prior permission, and not sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the User's personal data, except in the cases of clauses 5.2, 5.3, 5.7, 5.8 and 5.9 of this aviso.bz Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure normally used to protect such information in existing business practice.

6.2.4. Block the personal data relating to the respective User from the moment of a request by the User, their legal representative or an authorized personal data protection authority, for the period of verification, if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are identified.

7. Liability of the parties

7.1. The Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the User on the Site aviso.bz, including but not limited to copyrighted information posted without the express consent of the copyright owner.

7.2. In the event of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration is not liable if such confidential information:
7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before the Administration received it.
7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

7.3. The User bears full responsibility for compliance with applicable law, including but not limited to laws on advertising, copyright and related rights, and trademarks and service marks, including full responsibility for the content and form of materials.

7.4. The User acknowledges that responsibility for any information (including but not limited to data files, texts, etc.) to which they may have access as part of the Site aviso.bz lies with the person who provided such information.

7.5. The User agrees that the information provided to them as part of the Site aviso.bz may be intellectual property whose rights are protected and belong to other Users, partners or advertisers who post such information on the Site aviso.bz.
The User may not modify, lease, lend, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on such Content (in whole or in part), unless such actions have been expressly permitted in writing by the owners of such Content under a separate agreement.

7.6. Text materials (articles, publications freely available to the public on the Site aviso.bz) may be distributed provided that a link to aviso.bz is given.

7.7. The Administration is not liable to the User for any loss or damage incurred by the User as a result of the deletion, failure or inability to save any Content or other communication data contained on or transmitted through the Site aviso.bz.

7.8. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from: the use of or inability to use the Site or individual services; unauthorized access to the User's communications; statements or conduct of any third party on the Site.

8. Additional terms

8.1. This aviso.bz Policy may be amended or terminated by the Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the User.

8.2. The new aviso.bz Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site aviso.bz, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
